No, I cannot let you know — I would need to look at what the deleted pages showed, only administrators can look at deleted pages, and I'm temporarily not an administrator. Would you like me to find a current administrator to help you? Let me note, however, that deletion for this reason doesn't necessarily mean that no article is appropriate: it means that the page was simply of very poor quality and didn't show why the person was important. For that reason, you should be fine to create the page without knowing more about the deletion, but if you still want to know, I'll still be happy to find someone to help you.
