Hello! Generally, local churches tend not to be notable enough for inclusion. On the other hand, you can create the article on what's called a user subpage. This will give you time to work on it off the article space. The important thing here is notability. If you can cite reliable third-party sources such as print, other electronic media, etc., the subpage can then be turned into an article.
