Speedy deletion of "Recognition technologies, Inc."

edit

A page you created, Recognition technologies, Inc., has been tagged for deletion, as it meets one or more of the criteria for speedy deletion; specifically, it is about a company or corporation, but it does not indicate how it is important or significant, and thus why it should be included in an encyclopedia. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and the guidelines for companies in particular.

You are welcome to contribute content which complies with our content policies and any applicable inclusion guidelines. However, please do not simply re-create the page with the same content. You may also wish to read our introduction to editing and guide to writing your first article.

Thank you. AvnjayTalk 20:09, 5 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

This is my first time adding an article. The reason I added the page for Recognition Technologies, Inc. is that the RecoMadeEasy product of the company is being used by a growing number of companies and it is a speaker recognition engine. Searches on Speaker Recognition provide technology providers and since other vendors such as IBM, Nuance, Voice Trust, etc. have entries in the Wikipedia, I believe so should Recognition Technologies, Inc. which is quite a valid company with respectable research background (possibly more relevant that some of the above listed companies). Please advise!
