editHello! The problem is that of notability; most local events such as yours are simply not notable enough for inclusion. However, there is a way to create the article on what's called a user subpage. I'll go ahead and create one with your original content:
User:Hauntlover/Scream Country Haunted Forest
Please review WP:NOTABILITY in order to learn what third-party references need to be in place to help back the notability of this subject. Once you've establised suitable notability, you can simply cut and paste the article under the orignal title. In reviewing the article, it's little more than two sentences long. - Looks much better; it needs some work regarding the layout and insertion of the references, but that's nothing which can't be fixed.
