Username

edit

Molotov has very kindly convinced me to not vandalise, and my next few edits will be useful, however there is no good reason to change my user name.

Thank you so very much. I am up for RfA right now, and one of my proposals was to help newbies and resolve vandalism problems. I am very elated that you will not vandalize, but you still might want to change your user name - not because I mind - but because someone else on here will. Besides, people may not take you seriously if you write an article with a name like that. : ) Molotov (talk)   22:09, 19 September 2005 (UTC)Reply

Welcome!

Hello, Hardcoregaybuggery, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Again, welcome!  Note that your user name is inappropriate and you will be banned of you continue to use it. Molotov (talk)   21:24, 19 September 2005 (UTC)Reply

Joking about vandalism

Hey that's funny!!!!! Okay, is that the type of reaction you think you are going to get out of these guys here? Wikipedia is a beehive for vandalism, but we would all appreciate if you would stop. You are only wasting you time as the content is reverted by other users on this site, and then you get banned. There is no logic in it. I hope you will stop and register a bona fide user name to start contributing to Wikipedia in order to help and not to harm. Kids in the seventh grade must get pissed when they have to do a project on Mount Rushmore but get a picture of some dude's ass instead. Put yourself in their shoes and please stop.

You have recently vandalized a Wikipedia article, and you are now being asked to stop this type of behavior. You're welcome to continue editing Wikipedia, so long as these edits are constructive. Please see Wikipedia's Blocking policy and what constitutes vandalism; such actions are not tolerated on Wikipedia, and are not taken lightly.

We hope that you will become a legitimate editor and create an account. Again, you are welcome here at Wikipedia, but remember not to vandalize or you will soon be blocked from editing.

If you feel you have received this message in error, it may be because you are using a shared IP address. Nevertheless, repeated vandalism from this address may cause you to be included in any future punishments such as temporary blocks or bans. To avoid confusion in the future, we invite you to create a user account of your own.

This template will help you. Molotov (talk)   21:28, 19 September 2005 (UTC)Reply

"Kids in the seventh grade must get pissed" - I never realised they would resort to alcohol abuse because of my vandalism. Oh, I really am terribly sorry, I promise I won't vandalise any more....-- Chanting Fox 20:55, 21 September (UTC)
