Request reason:

Caught by a web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. That doesn't work. There is no {{unblock-auto|...}} section in the "IP blocked?" section, there isn't even an "IP blocked?" section! on the Sandbox. I think it's because my IP is not autoblocked! user:Elockid blocked the IP-range 94.249.128.0/17. There is only the hint to use this unblock-template, which I use again now. With current */17 you blocked all customers of the small internet access provider richtfunk-hg.de. I think the IP range has not been checked enough before blocking it which might be against the blocking policy. Sorry for using this template again so shortly, because I don't know what to do instead. My English is not the best, so I can't do any more to unblock my fix IP address. Accept reason:

Okay, this has been open long enough. It's hard to check an entire range for proxies, but I'm wary of removing range blocks without some sort of background on the reason for it. As a compromise, I've applied the IP block exempt tag to this account until that all gets sorted out. You should be able to edit now, and we're sorry about the delay.
