Is not an appropriate was to begin a Wikipedia article. It fails to tell the lay reader that mathematics is what it's about. For example, the lay person may reasonably think that a fibre bundle has something to do with textiles.
Generally the title word or title phrase—in this case fibre bundle—should be set in bold at its first appearance, usually in the first sentence (not always verbatim the same as in the title; for example it could be plural where the title is singular, and other similar variations happen).
Linking to compact is not a good idea, since compact is a disambiguation page, dealing with international treaties, small cars, neutron stars, etc.
Generally, "displayed" TeX should be indented by a colon, not centered. See Wikipedia:Manual of Style (mathematics). (If the paragraph is already indented, as by a bullet or the like, then "displayed" TeX should be indented by two colons.)
