As for definitions, they are purely descriptive, no research at all: the documents (the letter and the considerations) are canonical, not theological. The notion of sodomy (homosexuality) is largely used in criminal justice worldwide and is deeply rooted in the religious tradition. The documents are programmatic since they contain new ideas and the instruction to promote those ideas. The tone of the documents is rehabilitative. Please publish my insertion.
