Surya's Feet Thanks for your answer to my post about Lord Surya's feet. I'd read that in Margaret Stutley's iconography book. I'm working on a book of my own so I'm wanting to be as thorough as possible. Although it said in Stutley's book, that Lord Surya's feet are rarely depicted in South Indian statuary, it being considered taboo, most of the physical examples I've seen, show the feet.
