License tagging for Image:Legion Field.JPG

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Legion Field.JPG. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 04:07, 26 October 2006 (UTC)

Legion Field

edit

Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia. Your additions to the Legion Field article are valued, but we need to use good judgment in selecting images for the article. You might want to refer to Wikipedia:Images#Image choice and placement for the general consensus on the use of illustrations. Flickr is a good free alternative for sharing your photos with the world. --Dystopos 04:40, 27 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Bryant image

edit

First of all, I have no idea what the preceding comment is referring to since IMO your Legion Field photos are appropriate. It looks like they were put in a gallery which is fine; I don't think they're unencyclopedic or flickr-worthy. Secondly, I added your Bryant photo to Bear Bryant since there are no images on there. Let me know what you think. Cheers, PhilipR 03:59, 2 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads.
