Does not have a valid "fair use" rationale. You have provided a claim of authorized use, which is not the same as "fair use". ALL claims of authorized use ("The copyright holders (Nettwerk/Ladytron) have authorized this image for use..." must be cleared through WP:OTRS. It is your responsibility to do this, not any other editor at Wikipedia, so "for clarification, please contact artist management" is your responsibility to do and prove through the WP:OTRS system.
