Thanks for the conversation on WP:REFUND. I'm happy to help with specific questions you have about how best to structure pages like MINOS (or how to handle questions with references, syntax, etc.). You can always leave a message on my talk page or {{ping}} me on any other page should you have questions. I don't have much experience with numerical software (though I did help write a number of pages on the R programming language) and I have a hazy memory of grad school optimization classes. :) So I'm willing to help in that area, albeit slowly.
