the article on evaluating day labor centers should not be deleted because the reason we put it on is that we get about 100 emails each month from groups, cities, counties, etc. wanting to know how to audit or evaluate their day labor centers, and this is how it is done--we are giving the information out free, and on wikipedia it can be more widely available. maybe we are messing up the citation, but that's what it is. can you help make it ok? it is completely nuetral and it is how day labor centers are audited by local governments, something we do for a fee--so we are giving out the information for free.
