Speedy deletion nomination of The pack house inn

Thank you.

A tag has been placed on The pack house inn, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be unambiguous advertising that only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item G11, as well as the guidelines on spam.

If you can indicate why the subject of this article is not blatant advertising,  . Clicking that button will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the article's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. You may freely add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would help make it encyclopedic, as well as adding any citations from independent reliable sources to ensure that the article will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. —HueSatLum 23:14, 30 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Edenton, North Carolina may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
  • * Giuliano Giannone (born March, 27, 1966)) Award winning National Innkeeper of the year, 2011. First North Carolinian to receive this honor.

Thanks, BracketBot (talk) 20:48, 27 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

Advertising and self-promotion.

Edit Warring

edit

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Giuliano, I understand you are very proud of receiving the honor you have for your inn, but this encyclopedia's guidelines do not permit that sort of promotional information to be put into articles without sourcing, and without any indication that the facts you're trying to insert are objectively important enough to be in the Edenton, North Carolina article. Please do not continue to insert self-promotional information. You have been warned previously of this. Another reversion will force me to report this to the Administrators' noticeboard. I am open to discuss if you feel like I am being unfair. Take care. Cdtew (talk) 00:17, 30 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
