One objection

As you may have noticed, I usually feel the person most qualified to defend me is myself, but even leaving that aside, I think that Wikipedia regulars often notice that cliques form, and these circles of friends reflexively defend each other. For example, Bishonen is known to be a friend to Giano, and (in my opinion) when she defends him it lowers her credibility without effectively helping him. If Lar were to defend Giano, that would have much higher credibility, since I know they have disagreed vehemently in the recent past. --Ideogram 02:46, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
