Reason for deletion

There was a further discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Boubaker polynomials (3rd nomination) that resulted in the article's deletion. MBisanz ^talk 21:40, 30 March 2009 (UTC)

Am I blocked because my IP is issued from an ARAB country??? or because I embarrassed an injust administrator?? I am not a multiple account user but a fan of the polynomials, is that enough for a blocking??????

That is amazing, MBisanz is sending email to me then he is accusing me being a ban evading sock?!, and I have to prove the opposite !! at least I must be either informed by what I did wrong or unblocked;
