  • Cheers, no problem. I just wanted to put some of my "spare" time to good use :-p By the way, who is "you know who" and what is your username (you weren't signed when you made your edits). Ga2re2t (talk) 13:07, 23 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Wow! edit

Great stuff on the National Primaries...will you do same for the Secondary and Regionals (the Regional roads that have an article that is - or those which should have - some are very short with no settlements en route). (Sarah777 18:28, 14 November 2007 (UTC))Reply

Thanks. I'll try to do the same for the other road categories, but it takes quite some time and I'm supposed to be writing my thesis instead! :-p Ga2re2t 10:46, 15 November 2007 (UTC)Reply
No rush! This is a long-term project. Your thesis isn't related to roads/infrastructure is it? (Sarah777 00:17, 16 November 2007 (UTC))Reply
Afraid not. I've updated my user page with info on what I do. (Ga2re2t 11:32, 16 November 2007 (UTC))Reply

Wind Power article protection edit

Why did you protect Wind power against vandalism. You did it after my edit. Was my edit considered vandalism? Ga2re2t (talk) 16:47, 20 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Your edit is not vandalism and it was just coincidence that the semi-protection came after your edit. I semi-protected the article due to the large amount of vandalism that has been occurring on the article recently, even though not all recent edits have been vandalism. Since I only implemented semi-protection, you are still able to edit the article. -- tariqabjotu 18:24, 20 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Mapping the R roads edit

Hi - saw the map for the R402, good stuff. I'd actually tried a more tedious way on the R116 - never thought of getting the system to do the work. Now you've only 200 more to do! Regards Sarah777 (talk) 00:06, 8 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Map of the route edit

R402 Routemap

  • I've changed the presentation of the link to the style above - it highlights the map and we could make it a standard section in all R articles. Whatya think? (Sarah777 (talk) 00:14, 8 January 2008 (UTC))Reply
  • Yep, not bad. I was thinking more of putting it directly into the infobox on the right of the article? There's probably also a need to let people know that the link will bring them to Google maps. Something like: R402 Routemap by Google Maps. Ga2re2t (talk) 16:03, 8 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
  • Sounds good. I'd like to see an example of the road-in-routebox; sounds great but I can't imagine how it would be done. Sarah777 (talk) 21:44, 9 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
