editHi, and welcome! Please take a look at some of the above links which give info about Wikipedia. In addition, I just reverted your addition of an external link to Week, because it does not meet our guidelines for external links, which you can read at WP:EL. In addition, please read WP:COI, which is our policy on editing with a conflict of interest. One aspect of that is that you should never be introducing links to sites with which you are personally associated. If your site is legitimately useful, neutral, and important enough, someone else will add it if it meets our policies. Feel free to ask me if you have any questions.
