Hello! I have some information you might find useful which is related to your attempted changes at the integral domain article. For some time now, there has been an agreement that the integral domain article is focused on commutative domains with identity. Since there was also interest in the more liberal defintion, it was agreed that the noncommutative version of domains (possibly without identity) would live at domain (ring theory). Since everybody has been content with this arrangement for some time now, it is unlikely that there will be a consensus to make changes as you are suggesting. Happy editing!
