Self realization as a result of kundalini awakening has exhibited fantastic results on the health and ability of people who become capable of many great achievements in life. But the ones who still can't get over their conditionings like guilt, fanaticism or lack of forgiveness will have trouble perfecting their state of self realization. p 234 [1]

A cool breeze is felt on the fingertips as well as on the fontanelle bone area. P238 [1]

The fingertips are related to the chakras which are responsible for our physical, emotional and mental being. By correcting the chakras, a yogi can cure physical, emotional and mental problems. With an enlightened attention comes an innate sense of right and wrong and becomes averse to immorality. A state of thoughtless awareness is achieved and ultimately doubtless awareness is established beyond the mind. P234 [1]

In the triangular bone, called the sacrum, there is a residual power of pure desire which is coiled in three and a half coils. P237 [1]

When the spirit in our heart gets enlightened it makes our attention enlightened and we see the light of the spirit spreading in our attention. p 238 [1]

The raising of the kundalini has the power to change the yogi on the genetic level. She connects the seeker to the all pervading power of divine love also called as the cool breeze of the Holy Ghost, Ruh Ritambhara or Parama Chaitanya. This is said to be the real second birth and the actualization of baptism. p233. [1]

The passing of the kundalini through the six chakras and emerging from the fontanelle and connects human awareness to the all pervading power of divine love. This is how the kundalini achieves yoga, or union with the all pervading power. p244. [1]
