Proposed Wikipedia article on E. Fred Schubert

Dear Wikipedia Community: I have used Wikipedia many, many times. The information offered by Wikipedia has been extremely helpful to me. Today, I would like to propose a new Wikipedia article on an academic, E. Fred Schubert. A draft of the article is located in my "sandbox."
