Adding proper tags to uploaded picture file

edit

Hello, I am new to uploading content to Wikipedia and I'm afraid I do not know how to add the tags you have requested. I checked the page that has the file on it and can't see any way to add anything such as {{GFDL-self}} . The photo in question is of a 1927 revue program, original copyright expired, and I own the program. I created the picture myself in order to illustrate the article. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:ANightinSPainprogram.jpg#file

If someone could please tell me *how* to edit the tags, I could perform an action for you. Thanks...
