Hello. Glad you found the prints useful. I always hope that someone out there is looking at the info I add. I work at the Eglinton Country Park and we would really like a copy of your thesis if that would be possible. Thanks for your positive feedback. Roger Rosser (talk) 10:10, 13 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hello. Thanks, a copy will be much appreciated. By the way - the Tournament Bridge official re-opening will be on Saturday Dec 6th. We hope to have a big event with the Kilwinning Archers, etc. The Clan Montgomery have 'published' my site to their members and as a result I got a letter and some info from James Wilson, son of Clement Wilson of Skelmorlie Castle. Best wishes. Rosser (talk) 20:59, 21 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

I think with a little more work, the Eglinton Tournament of 1839 article can attain Good Article status. I've done a bit of work on cleaning up the references and improving the organization of the article, but I don't actually know anything about the event, nor do I have ready access to most of the cited works. You mentioned that you're writing your thesis on this event, can you share your knowledge and help us check items off the to-do list? Particularly if you can add something about what happened in the event itself (jousting, tournament, etc.). Thanks, Cmadler (talk) 19:37, 22 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
