Normally, experienced users will not give these notices to other experienced users. Jasper Deng (talk) 06:45, 17 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

In response to your feedback edit

All Wikipedia articles must accurately represent what reliable sources say. User reviews are not simply not reliable sources. Additionally, your analysis of the Amazon reviews is original research, which is also not permitted in Wikipedia. If it really is a terrible product, someone will write that in a reliable source eventually. Until then, Wikipedia cannot be the first place to report this. See WP:RGW for a bit more on the policy.

I understand. What makes editor reviews a reliable source? Simply having the funds and forum to pay someone to publish it? Why is a corporate entity which takes sponsorships more reliable [and less biased] than user reviews? If I published a site with my review (which reflects the public consensus on this application), would I be a reliable source? --Fluxeternal (talk) 17:48, 18 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

No, per WP:Self-published sources. User reviews can be written by anyone but editors must not try to disparage a product. Reliable sources are used as sources of information by other third-party entities as well.Jasper Deng (talk) 19:52, 18 December 2011 (UTC)Reply
