Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. One of the core policies of Wikipedia is that articles should always be written from a neutral point of view. A contribution you made to Montblanc (pens) appears to carry a non-neutral point of view, and your edit may have been changed or reverted to correct the problem. Please remember to observe our core policies. Thank you.

If you are concerned that the article is biased, you should take care not to introduce an opposite bias, for instance by changing "many collectors" to "a few collectors"; a neutral wording would be "some collectors". In the edit summary you mention that you wanted to add an alternate POV, but Wikipedia should not include any POV at all. You also added numerous links to one and the same discussion forum - a forum is a questionable source because it almost by definition relies on the personal opinion of the posters.

Instead of changing the article back again, you should discuss the changes you want to make on the article's talk page. Remember that Wikipedia is not a soap box - neither positive nor negative opinions should be promoted in the articles, but if there are verifiable sources concerning a point of view, these sources can be mentioned.

I should mention that I know nothing at all about the matter, and for all I know the existing article may possibly be negatively biased; however, it is important that it does not change into a product promotion of any kind. Thank you! --Bonadea (talk) 16:01, 31 December 2007 (UTC)Reply
