Leigh

Hi, just to let you know Malleus has copyedited the Leigh article and I have nominated it at GAN. This seems an enormous cheek after the work you did but MF made this suggestion,

• In the Demography section you're using metric units (hectares) with no imperial conversions, but everywhere else in the article you're using imperial and providing metric conversions. Needs to be consistent.

There's a limit to just how consistent we can be! Unfortunately, the ONS provides statistics only in metric measurements, so that has to be the primary data. I've added an imperial conversion, but it's the other way around to the rest, so you get imperial then metric everywhere else, and metric then imperial in the Demography section. Sorry to trouble you again :-) Malleus has been looking through Atherton and seems to have found a problem with some citations on the "Demography" section. As I am out of my depth there could you take a look please.--J3Mrs (talk) 10:31, 8 November 2009 (UTC)

Sorted! I don't seem to be able to cut and paste properly! The titles were all correct, just the link was to table KS01 instead of KS02. I'd done exactly the same on Leigh, so I've fixed that one too. Fingerpuppet (talk) 10:43, 8 November 2009 (UTC)
