I'm suprised to see mention of blocks for LEGAL. the editor has not said he would sue, but that WP is at risk of being sued. IMO the two are very different - "Don't call me a fraudster or I will sue" is different from "Don't call him a fraudster unless you have very good reliable verifiable sources, or WP is at risk of being sued". And in the case being discussed the claim is vague; what could WP be sued for? I would point him in the direction of the office and LEGAL, and point admins in the direction of his "sue threat".
