Welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, but we cannot accept original research. Original research also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. TEDickey (talk) 13:40, 25 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

Thank you

edit

I've removed everything except for two facts with citations. One citation was Ohio EPA email response. How do you properly cite an email without including a live address? {helpme}

I don't recall seeing a way to do this - the point is that WP:RS would be something that has been published and/or commented (likewise published) on by someone who's reasonably well known. TEDickey (talk) 15:07, 25 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

I'm new at this - I assumed the Ohio Media Relations Coordinator for Southwest Ohio, speaking on behalf of the state, thru an email, to be a reliable source. Will edit citation to include this info...is this acceptable? {helpme}

Read WP:RS - it says "published". By the way, I restored the maintenance tag. The place to discuss this is on the topic's talk-page, and until the problem with the source is addressed, the tag should remain. TEDickey (talk) 15:32, 25 September 2011 (UTC)Reply
