Weclome again edit

Hi, I noticed your edits on eclogite and blueschist, you obviously have some knowledge of HP and UHP metamorphic rocks. All help is welcome on wiki, especially on geology.

You should, however, take a little time to read the page syntax for images; it is pretty easy to set up an image and undersand the wiki tagging so the captions sit within the image thumbnail template. for example the syntax is; image:Etcetcetc.jpg|thumb|right|CAPTION

The "|" separates the commands; thumb tells it you want the thumb with caption, and you can use "right", "left" or "center" to position the image on the page.

You can also add a bit more info to the info page of the image when you're uploading it, including metadata such as what the image is of (ie; what you've said in the captions), including magnification factor if known, etc. This way when people click through on the image they can learn about it fully. Its also OK to give attribution to yourself on the image page for creating the iage, and reain copyright, just use the GNU free doc license. Also, if the thin secions were from a thesis or a published paper you authored, don't be shy of including the thesis title, people might hunt it up in real life and cite it one day.

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Cappadocia 3.jpg edit

A tag has been placed on File:Cappadocia 3.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. File:Cappadocia 3.JPG missing description details edit

Dear uploader: The media file you uploaded as:

is missing a description and/or other details on its image description page. If possible, please add this information. This will help other editors make better use of the image, and it will be more informative to readers.

If the information is not provided, the image may eventually be proposed for deletion, a situation which is not desirable, and which can easily be avoided.

If you have any questions, please see Help:Image page. Thank you. Theo's Little Bot (error?) 10:06, 14 April 2013 (UTC)Reply
