I received this image directly from Ambassador Ronald Barnes, for publication in the Internet on web pages talking about him.
For this reason I also included the copyright information in the file name:
Image:Ambassador Ronald Barnes Alaska Copyright April 2008 Vikipediisto Fanoler.jpg
