Duplicate images uploaded

Thanks for uploading Image:EvLogo.png. A machine-controlled robot account noticed that you also uploaded the same image under the name Image:400px-EvNEWlogo.png. The copy called Image:400px-EvNEWlogo.png has been marked for speedy deletion since it is redundant. If this sounds okay to you, there is no need for you to take any action.

Fair use rationale for Image:Evgroup.jpg

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
