I understand what you are trying to do with the article and promote the scout group. Many years back I was with the old 2nd Huddersfield group at Berry Brow and then had links with the Meltham Venture Scouts; See a photo I took Here:- Image:Meltham Cub Scouts, late 1970s (RLH).jpg. Linking to the group isn't a problem! However please don't enter a link to a website that has no content within it. A link to a website simply showing a private address, phone number and e-mail address is effectively nothing more than an advert and advertising is not permitted on Wikipedia. Please wait until you have finished building the website with some content worth looking at and then resubmit it for inclusion. Though you should also note that there are restrictions on inserting links to websites that you own or edit, or which have advertising within them!
