editRegarding sources, I see:

- I would also look at books about her husbands and search on "Clara" since her surname is shown as Leigh and Pope.
Images: Since she has been dead more than 70 years, you may wish to use these or other images on the web. Francis Wheatley made a portrait of his wife here. I saw that you attempted to upload some images. If they were about Clara Maria Pope - and made during her lifetime - then you should use an image at commons and after uploading the image and checking that it's not your image, use PD-UK ({{PD-UK}}} after checking "Another reason not mentioned above" and typing it in "The license is described by the following wikitext (must contain a valid copyright tag):" If you need help, let me know. Or, resubmit the file through the process that you used and provide PD-UK as the license.
In terms of the article, you may want to look at Janise Yntema for encyclopedic tone. I've made some copy edits in the first section as an example. The Legacy section in particular needs to be clarified.
I reformatted the citations so that they would display in the list of references and two of the citations require the source information. The links in her two husband's articles are for Clara Maria Leigh, so you may either want to add a page with a redirect to the Clara Maria Pope article or pipe the links like [[Clara Maria Pope|Clara Maria Leigh]]
