September 2010 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to August 28, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you.   Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at August 28. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Favonian (talk) 11:35, 12 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Favonian Apologies no vandalism intended. have you wondered why I inserted it?

I can guess by reading your user page. Your goals might not be entirely aligned with those of Wikipedia, so I've included some relevant links above. Favonian (talk) 11:46, 12 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Your user page and related issues edit

It would appear that you are trying to use Wikipedia to promote your pet(!) project, and that is not what Wikipedia is about. Your user page is not vandalism per se, but when you try to insert the promotion into August 28 it violates the guidelines for date-related articles. When you do it again after being warned, it is disruptive, if not strictly speaking vandalism. Regarding the user page, it doesn't adhere to the guidelines for user pages, and it may end up getting deleted. Sorry if I sound discouraging, but Wikipedia is not the right place to help launch a project, no matter the motives. Favonian (talk) 11:59, 12 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of User:Ethical SMM edit

A tag has been placed on User:Ethical SMM, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. You have been blocked from editing for a period of 1 week for sockpuppetry (Cosmicgilly (talk · contribs)). Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|Your reason here}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Request reason:

mediafrendzee is a gatekeeper-free collaborative project - like wikipedia in the 2nd repect but unlike in the 1st - the decision depends on the answer to cosmicgilly's question about f1 matrices and social networks Ethical SMM (talk) 12:52, 14 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

I have no idea what that means (which was no doubt your intention) but it certainly doesn't seem to be an explanation of why you should be unblocked. JamesBWatson (talk) 13:17, 14 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
