Please don't create redundant pages on topics that already exist. The articles you had created are already covered on Wikipedia, (under the titles ozone and fraction (mathematics), respectively). Please have a look at Wikipedia:Manual of style and Wikipedia:Naming conventions, and before creating any more pages, use the search function; chance is that we already have an article on your next topic as well.
