Your Vandalism edit

Your vandalism to both Northport, NY and Northport High School isn't a big deal if you won't do it again. To answer your question, if no one corrected such meaningless vandalism as yours, then pretty much every single article would be impossible to read. It may not seem like a major problem on Wikipedia, but in fact, vandalism and accuracy of the articles are two biggest problems facing the site. (See Controversy over Wikipedia's biography of John Seigenthaler Sr.) If users like myself did not work behind the scenes to revert vandalism, then it would be much more of a visible problem.
