Regarding revert of major copyedit at Ross's Landing

Unfortunately, Erinanorton, you cannot claim ownership of the article, as you did with this edit. Feel free to add your additional information, but do not revert other people's good-faith contributions to any article, especially without explaining your reasons. The copyedit I made addressed several concerns with article, including: coatracking; Wikipedia Manual of Style issues; duplication of information and references; poorly narrated statements; grammatical issues; problems with wikification; link-farming; etc.

Wikipedia works by consensus, meaning agreement between editors: I respect your contributions, you respect mine. To totally revert a good faith edit that does not violate any Wikipedia policy, protocols, or original research parameters is not only poor form, but could be construed as vandalism.
