Request reason:

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 159.196.169.8. I have NordVPM software installed on this system but it is disabled and has been for the duration of this boot session. ErikTownsend (talk) 02:06, 14 November 2022 (UTC)

Everything in your request checks out but, of course, I can't unblock you since you aren't directly blocked and the proxy-block people are not easily persuaded by those of us who can't argue networking as well as they can.
