Peer Review Response

The biggest thing that was mentioned over all of my peer review suggestions was to implement a more neutral tone. I had added words such as "best" or "smartest" which implied that I was encouraging audiences to take my position about my topic. I have gone back and removed any words or phrases that added any bias or opinion-based information. I made sure to add the benefits of MyPlate as well as some of the drawbacks in order to approach the topic from two different perspectives. I also went into my article and added a few extra citations to make sure that all of the information was referenced back to a scholarly article. I also received peer review recommendations that encouraged me to add more information about MyPramid and National Strategic Partners. After adding this extra information, the overall background of MyPlate seems to be clearer for any reader. I greatly appreciated the peer review recommendations and did my best to add their helpful suggestions into my article. Emmasandell (talk) 23:47, 3 February 2022 (UTC)

Go Live Approval

You are definitely making progress. However, this article looks like it needs more work before it would receive full credit for this assignment, but you have approval to move it to live if you are ready. If you want to, you can move it to live and then continue to work. The goal is to advance the article by a quality class in ways that demonstrate engagement with the norms of Wikipedia. Improving articles that are already pretty good is a challenge.
