Request reason:

The ban was invoked, because my account was suspected to advertise or promote on Wikipedia, which is wrong. The article »Wie die Telekom mit unserem Vertrauen spielt« on my website elookon.de was written by me and I were not paid for it. The article »Telekom beendet DNS-Hijacking« was written by an author of golem.de and I am not affiliated to this site. The edit only recited important facts which are publicly accessible.--ElooKoN (talk) 13:12, 3 October 2019 (UTC)

Decline reason:

As your sole purpose appears to be to promote your own website and your own work, and as you cannot agree to not link to your website, and as you cannot rename, I see no point to unblocking you. -- Deepfriedokra 13:37, 3 October 2019 (UTC)

@User:Deepfriedokra: Why should I change my name?--ElooKoN (talk) 14:12, 3 October 2019 (UTC)

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Please do not remove old unblock request. Aside from being against the rules, it makes it hard for admins to evaluate the current request.'-- Deepfriedokra 13:38, 3 October 2019 (UTC)

Change your name?

I can't find your question on the talk page. (Eye fatigue) But I think you are right. If you are ElooKoN and ElooKoN is you, then the username change is probably not required. I'll let someone else come to that afresh. So, you must agree not to edit about or link to your webpage. If memory of what I read before serves .-- Deepfriedokra 17:24, 3 October 2019 (UTC)

Dear User:Deepfriedokra, yes, I am ElooKoN. This have been my username for many years. Regarding the resource I used (which is a link to my webpage): My article was quoted in the German press and is the primarily resource for the incident. Why exactly is it not allowed?--ElooKoN (talk) 17:30, 3 October 2019 (UTC)
