I think @Dwang74 does a really nice job in his peer review of your draft to offer some suggestions for improving the draft: adding sections, adding additional content to sections, etc. I think he's right that your draft is still in the early stages, so it will take a bit of work to get yourself to a place where you are making substantive edits in the article space.
