Elisam8
Hello, Elisam8, and Welcome to Wikipedia. Thanks for putting that reference into the Founder's syndrome article - I've moved it to the "Further reading" section, because it's not a reliable source. I've put back a template at the top asking for more sources - do you know about the subject? Do you have a textbook that includes the term that we could cite as a reference? You say the term is anecdotal / unofficial. What do you mean by that? Does that mean we won't be able to find any references?
You've also uploaded [[Image:110th Congress with CDs.xls|]]. Were you planning to use that in an article? Wikipedia doesn't normally accept uploads of things like that - have a look at Wikipedia:Media#Text files. If you're going to include it in an article it would be wise to do it soon - unused media can be deleted. If you decide you need to delete it, just edit it and put {{db-author}} at the top. --HughCharlesParker (talk - contribs) 18:10, 1 August 2007 (UTC)
