re:Eliot Spitzer

Hello. Thanks for your contribution to Eliot Spitzer. Firstly a statement of minutia like that does not belong in the main article per WP:Undue. It may be permissible at Eliot Spitzer prostitution scandal. However, in order to insert a statement like that, you'll need to find a source other than the Smoking gun, which contains only the partial affidavit and is therefor a primary source. See WP:Sources. The assertion may be true, but try finding it in a secondary source such as the New York Times and at least one other paper before inserting it again. Mrprada911 (talk) 22:17, 21 March 2008 (UTC)
