Speedy deletion nomination of User:ElementsIndia/sandbox

Request reason:
When I had created an account on Wikipedia , as per error text my old Username and article had violets guideline of Wikipedia. After that I changed my username to “Bhavin3012”, still it shows me that my account is blocked. I request you to unblock my account.

While the username issue is now resolved, the block itself still needs to be addressed. Please read about conflict of interest and paid editing.
