Good morning! I started with current the wiki page, so here are my thoughts on that. It seems both the "physical" and "mental" sections are broad enough that they could have subsections created from each? For example, “Medical Discrepancies” could be the major heading over more specific sections such as “medical reporting,” “physical health,” “mental health,” etc. The way it is currently on the page lacks a sense of direction in terms of the various points made.
In your sandbox, I like the way you structured your points in the STI section! I also feel the amount of info given to each topic makes sense in terms of the over-arching article. Perhaps the "dental dam best uses" could simply be a second paragraph under dental dams though? I’m not sure if it makes more sense to have that as its own section or not, tbh I don’t think it makes a huge difference.
Besides this, I have nothing else! Excellent work (:
