Overall: don't need in text citations for wikipedia just the citations - so you can remove all of those

ex. Teamwork is the collaborative effort of a team to achieve a common goal or to complete a task in the most effective and efficient way. (Montebello and Buzzotta) - can take out the parenthetical part

lead section: the second paragraph seems a little out of place for a lead section, maybe you could make a brief history section for it? that might help with the flow of the paper in the lead section and in the effective teamwork section - you still need a citation for (parker 2008) and then you can remove the parentheses It might also help to elaborate slightly on the different teamwork processes that you listed? I'm not sure if thats a section that you're focusing on, but if it is it could help to add a sentence or two to describe each one, i think it will help readers really understand what you mean in that section and how each term is differentiated from one another maybe add a few citations for the basic team dynamics section so its really bolstered by facts it might also be helpful to readers to elaborate slightly on the enhancing teamwork section as well and expanding on the two citations you have

I really like that you added all the detail to the stages of forming teams section. - it has a lot of clarity and easy to understand Overall - I really liked what you've done with the article so far. Your lead paragraph is really strong and gives a good idea of a simple concept of teamwork, and each of your sections are vital to the page as well! Great job
