Honest

hi ! we met once more. Hats off to you for admitting your agenda does include defamation of Browne. Even atheism is of course, a view-point which is religiously held by most. i still believe you are exhibiting a narrow-minded, Canute-like attitude in attempting to exploit and defame Browne's name from this scant biographical fact, something which Malcolm Letts in Browne's defence recognised in N&Q over a century ago now in 1911; but i also think you will find far, far more people respect and believe what I have to say about Browne than your one biographical prejudice. Both of us are of course dwarfed by W.G.Sebald's promotion of awareness of Browne in his 'The Rings of Saturn'. I do hope you will not attempt to defame Lowestoft's most famous son in 2013, it can be done of course if one were of a perverse nature, but rather celebrate the creativity of Britten to the benefit of Lowestoft. Too easy to judge people ahistorically from the perspective of our own age, and it must be jolly hard work for you to defame the vast majority of 17th century British society, including members of the Royal society who did believe in Witchcraft. I've come to the conclusion that in some sad way you are in fact jealous of Browne's intellect rather than learning from it. If i personally believed in Witchcraft i would have placed a Hex on you long ago, but no need to as time will resolve our difference of what you consider to be opinion, as is your also. Browne was of course besides being an adherent of religion which you so detest, also a humanist. Regards Norwikian (talk) 12:00, 12 January 2013 (UTC) http://aquariumofvulcan.blogspot.co.uk/

Why do you continually belittle the man, he for completely understandable and consistent with his times, believed in witches, but you find it easy to say that his input to the world was to quote you neglible . You must stop assuming you know the mores of previous times and if guessing what keeps me happy makes you happy then I have big enough shoulders, but can you cope with being wrong.Edmund Patrick confer 23:27, 12 January 2013 (UTC)

Happy New year

And keep up the good work, lay off the mince pies etc etc yrs as ever Eebahgum (talk) 23:53, 14 January 2013 (UTC) Dear EP, I apologise for that ludicrous ramble. You deserve a briefer more cheerful message! Basically all well if nothing quite as it might be, much distracted by worldly affairs, and have got some sort of flu. My family history researches (unpaid) are very absorbing (to me alone, I presume) and I am busy compiling the evidences already gathered so that it is all saved! With very best wishes Eebahgum (talk) 09:18, 21 January 2013 (UTC)

Article Feedback deployment

Hey Edmund Patrick; I'm dropping you this note because you've used the article feedback tool in the last month or so. On Thursday and Friday the tool will be down for a major deployment; it should be up by Saturday, failing anything going wrong, and by Monday if something does :). Thanks, Okeyes (WMF) (talk) 22:01, 13 March 2013 (UTC)
