Proposed deletion of FEKO
editA proposed deletion template has been added to the article FEKO, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. - Hi, I hadn't noticed that I had previously PROD'd this article and that it had been deleted. If you think it shouldn't be deleted, and since you are still editing it I guess that is the case, then feel free to remove the prod notice. However, if you do please edit the discussion page to say why you think the article should be kept on wikipedia. All the best, Verbal chat 12:12, 16 October 2008 (UTC)
Hybrid methods for CEM
editHistorically... Quite right. The first FEKO page was tagged for deletion and went the way of the dodo... :-) As mentioned, I (and some co-writers) believe that the FEKO page is an extension of content on the computational electromagnetics (CEM) page and recreated a new version. The CEM page describes the numerical methods each in isolation, while FEKO provides the notable combination of hybrid methods. I.e. combining the good features of different CEM techniques in the same solution. Significant academic research went into this work (see references on the page). Suggestions for further improvement?
