I might suggest that "gaining rollback" should not be a task set in stone, or to be attained at with any arbitrary time limit. I myself requested rollback at ~3000 edits and after three featured articles. Everyone is different. I think setting tasks to gain userrights is the wrong focus of an adoption, personally...Anyway, just to let you know I regretfully declined Ciaran's request for rollback as premature.
