Because the table has a collapsible function to save article space, set to "collapsed" by default. Just click on the "Show" button next to the "Date" field as shown here and it will show up. Impru20 (talk) 23:39, 13 September 2015 (UTC)Reply

It has nothing to do with party's position in polls. Parties are ordered from left to right by the result obtained in 2011, and those that did not exist back then are added by date of foundation/creation. As such, the PSD/CDS-PP alliance did not exist back then, and it's in last place because it has been the last political formation from those shown in the table to be founded.
